We have 1-10m large-scaled vertical lathes, 20m weight horizontal lathe and 20m depth dowelling jig Lange scale equipment.
Pour steel water 350T one time and annually produce more than 200 thousand of high quality steel water.
We manufacture high grade carbon steel, alloy structural steel, special requirement of structural steel, wear-heat steel, stainless steel,ect.more than 260 steel grade. the largest steel casting is 20t , the largest non-ferrous casting is 2.5T.

CITICIC Testing and Measuring Center has perfect physical and chemical measurement, measuring and calibration testing equipment, China Qualification Access National Authorization Committee (ILAC and CNAS) authorized the testing and calibration laboratories. Physical and Chemistry measurements are used for chemical composition analysis of metallic material, failure analysis, waste analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical properties testing and non-destructive testing. There are 13 the standard measurement devices in measurement system, used for the length, thermal, mechanical, electrical professional capacity Value of the work back.
For the heavy casting and forging, we will do the UT & MT to insure the goods quality.

Water Bottling Line
This filling line is specially used for 5&3 gallons jar bottle drinking water production. It integrates bottle rinser, filler and capper into one unit.
In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer, washing solution can be used circularly. This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize capes of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy, also this line can automatically carry out barrel feeding, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging. It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producting line, which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.

Its moving parts adopt DC motor and high-precision linear guide to ensure its high accuracy and high speed;

With non-contact processing, laser can never direcly contact with the workpiece, so no stress is generated ;
