Structures

Circular vibrating screen consists of screen box, screen deck, vibrator, spring and vibration absorber device,motor base frame and etc. Screen side plates made of high quality steel plate are bonded with cross bar and vibrator support base by High-tensile bolt and looping rivet. Vibrator was enquiped on screen side plate,with cylinder-type eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block adjusting amplitude, Vibrator shaft is made to rotate with V-belt driven by the motor, so the screen box is vibrated by the centrifugal force of inertia of unneven weight on the exciter. Change eccentric weight of the exciter, different amplitude available.

Working Principle

The screen uses common motor to drive high-speed rotating vibration exciter and eccentric block that could provide powerful centrifugal forces,

the forces make the screen box keep a mandatory and continuous circular motion, the materials are thrown constantly on sloping screen surface, continually flip and loose, fine materials would be moved to lower site, and then will be discharged through the sieve. The materials blocked in the sieve could jump out by themselves forced by vibrating, sieve clogging are prevented. Classification and filtering are well done by this cycle process.

Application

Circular vibrating screen is a multilayer and high efficient new-type screen with international level. long flowing line, many screening specifications, high screening efficiency, it’s specially designed for screening mineral stones at the working site.

It is widely used for grading and screening materials in the following fields: mines, quarries, aggregate, high-way construction, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and so on.
