About Vehicle Maintenance Training Series

The car maintenance is divided into internal maintenance and maintenance, we usually define external air filter, fuel filter, oil filter known collectively as such. Many car every 5000 kilometers do a service, some repair shop every time will suggest such change maintenance, so that there can be more profits can diagram. The more some garage, there will always be to cut corners, at most, only to change two, the air filter to save is often thing, sometimes the steam filtration was also omitted.
When the car is not easy to catch fire, may throttle dirty, repair shop will advise you have a "three wash". Now many small enterprise under the street "professional exemption and cleaning" ads. After washing, and three problems disappear, in fact as long as washed the throttle, problem can be solved....... Most have And truly have the effect of the inlet is clean all come down and the like cleaning smoke lampblack machine to the same wash to just go, but maintenance workers do it is very troublesome, they think that trouble not profitable yet. The most basic change spark plug: to buy a spark plug, few yuan money just, expensive also but hundreds of dollars and then find a medium-sized shop and spend a decade or two yuan can see to mount. Such a still bigger benefits, is that it can prevent from others the car garage tear open come down to half of new spark plug again to you of car mount.
The engine is the heart of the car, don't understand the car for the car "my heart is very afraid of, if the car was blue smoke, but a great thing. To repair shop, the somebody else say engine have to overhaul, we must mournfully car to them. But they do, maybe just deal with the valve seal aging, rings wear, jammed and small problems can be solved. An oil change general jetta about oil car 4.5-liter, fukang needs at least 3.2 liters, ao tuo need 3 liters. Standard oil to oil is filling bending area limit. ' But even if you have seen with your own eyes maintainer added to this position will be the oil is not necessarily a seeing is believing. Because, like magic, as he let you see, let you believe must be prepared prior, have his preparation is off in the old oil. For example the jetta, they usually only off four liters in oil, such inject new oil, they can save half rise, who let we have no will of the rest of the oil away habit?

Do You Know Something about the Insulation Material?

Insulation materials http://www.ecvv.com/company/starpackaging/products.html, or building insulation materials, are thermal insulation used in the construction or retrofit of buildings. The materials are used to reduce heat transfer by conduction, radiation or convection and are employed in varying combinations to achieve the desired outcome It is usually thermal comfort with reduced energy consumption.

The type and amount of insulation to used in a building can be affected by some factors, which include the climate situation, difference places have different climate, so the use of insulation materials are different; the ease of installation; the durability, resistance to degradation from compression, moisture, decomposition, etc; the ease of replacement at end of life, the cost effectiveness, the toxicity, the flammability, the environmental impact and sustainability, etc. Often a combination of materials are used to achieve an optimum solution and there are products which combine different types of insulation into a single form.

Here we know a kind of aluminum foil insulation material. It is a brand-new environmental friendly thermal insulation material. It is made from Aluminum foil or Aluminized film with PE bubble or PE Foam. Unlike the conventional insulation material, such as glass fiber, this new insulation material does not cause any harm to human health and environment.

Such material combination provides excellent functions of thermal reflection, heat insulation and anti-radiation. So it is an economical solution for a wide range of industrial, manufacturing and consumer applications, such as for industrial sheds, commercial buildings, home insulation, under wood or laminated flooring, roof insulation, carpet underlay, pipe and vent-pipe jacket and other construction.

This material has lots of characteristics, which are smellless and non-toxic, clean, thin and lightweight, outstanding safety and environmental benefits, moisture-proof, heat preservation and energy conservation. It is of high efficiency, easy to install, and is cost-effective and versatile.

With so many characteristics, this material can be popular in the building material field, however, it depends on you who decide whether or not to use it. The invention of this material is not for bad purposes. You can find many brand-new insulation materials here. Maybe you can't wait to have this material after visiting http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/heat-insulation-material.html.

How Do You Think of GPS Trackers?

Do you have the GPS tracking device on your car? Or use it on your cell phone? Do you know what is called the GPS? Or the GPS tracker? Let's talk something about it.

A GPS tracker http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/GPS-tracker.html, or a GPS tracking unit is a device that uses the Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the precise location of a vehicle, a person, or other kinds of asset. Nowadays, it is more and more popular in our daily life, especially used on the automobiles.

There is a mobile phone GPS tracking system. Mobile phone tracking refers to the receiving of the current position of a mobile phone, stationary or moving. The localization may happen either via multilateration of radio signals between radio towers of the network and the phone, or simply via GPS. To locate the phone using multilateration of radio signals, it must emit at least the roaming signal to contact the next nearby antenna tower, but the process does not require an active call. GSM is based on the signal strength to nearby antenna masts. The technology of localization is based on measuring power levels and antenna patterns and uses the concept that a mobile phone always communicates wirelessly with one of the closest base stations, so if you know which base station the phone communicates with, you know that the phone is close to the respective base station.

The tracking device is intelligent, so it can track upon your demand. And it has good sensitivity and stable performance. While locating or positioning touches upon delicate privacy issues, since it enables someone to check where a person is without the person's agreement.

Strict ethics and security measures are strongly recommended for services that employ positioning, and the user must give an informed, explicit consent to a service provider before the service provider can compute positioning data from the user's mobile phone. In Europe, where most countries have a constitutional guarantee on the secrecy of correspondence, location data obtained from mobile phone networks is usually given the same protection as the communication itself. The United States however has no explicit constitutional guarantee on the privacy of telecommunications, so the use of location data is limited by law.

However, every coin has two sides. It depends on what your own thoughts. You are the one decide whether or not to use this kind of device. The invention is not for bad purposes. You can see many GPS trackers here http://www.ecvv.com/company/chinapst/products.html.

Do You Use Nonstick Pans to Cook Food?

There are many kinds of cooking vessels in our daily life. They are of different names. The non-stick pans http://www.ecvv.com/company/zhongheng/products.html are popular nowadays. They are cooking pans made from or coated with materials designed to prevent food from sticking to their surface during the cooking process. Most non-stick pans are made using Teflon (PTFE) coating although newer materials are also used.

The first non-stick pans were made using a coating of Teflon (polytetraflouroethylene or PTFE). PTFE was invented by accident by Dr. Roy Plunkett in 1938, while working for a joint venture of the DuPont company. The substance was found to have several unique properties, including very good corrosion resistance and the lowest coefficient of friction of any substance yet manufactured. PTFE was used first to make seals resistant to the uranium hexafluoride gas used in the Manhattan Project during World War II and was regarded as a military secret. Dupont registered the Teflon trademark in 1944 and soon began planning for post-war commercial use of the new product.

The use of Teflon is to minimize food sticking to the pan surface. Here are advantages and disadvantages to such a coating. Coated pans are easier to clean than most non-coated pans, and require little or no additional oil or fat to prevent sticking.

There is a potential danger in the use of PTFE-based coatings. While decomposition of the coating does not occur at normal cooking temperatures (below about 465 °F/240 °C), overheating can produce decomposition products that are toxic to humans,

Modern non-stick pans do not necessarily use Teflon. Other non-stick coatings for pans have since been invented. For example, a mixture of titanium and ceramic can be sandblasted onto the pan surface.

The main difference in quality levels of the coatings is in the formulas of the liquid coating, the thickness of each layer and the number of layers used. Higher quality nonsticks use powdered ceramic or titanium mixed in with the nonstick to strengthen them and to make them more resistant to abrasion and deterioration. Many high quality nonstick pans and pots can be found here http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/cookware.html.

Christmas Lights to Illuminate Your Christmas Day

Every year on December 25, the Christmas Day comes with the dancing snow. It is the traditional festival to commemorate the birth of Jesus, the central figure of Christianity. The exchanging of gifts is one of the core aspects of the modern Christmas celebration. People decorate their homes with different kinds of beautiful decoration articles. The Christmas lights are the indispensable part of the Christmas decoration. All lights http://www.ecvv.com/company/gdyaye/products.html at night illuminated peoples' night, and their happiness.

Christmas lights are lights used for decoration around Christmas. The use of decorative, festive lighting during the Christmas holiday season is a long standing tradition in many Christian cultures, and has been adopted as a secular practice in a number of other non-Christian, or predominantly non-Christian, cultures.

When did the Christmas lights tradition begin? Early Christians were persecuted for having worship gatherings. A candle in the window signified where worship would be occurring for Christians in a community. The tradition of using small candles to light up the Christmas tree dates back to at least the middle of the 17th century. However, it took two centuries for the tradition to become widely established first in Germany and soon spreading to Eastern Europe.

Candles for the tree were glued with melted wax to a tree branch or attached by pins. Around 1890, candleholders were first used for Christmas candles. Between 1902 and 1914, small lanterns and glass balls to hold the candles started to be used.

Queen's illuminated Christmas tree at Windsor Castle, 1848. The illuminated Christmas tree became a Christmas tradition in Germany during the Early Modern period. The illuminated Christmas tree became established in the United Kingdom during Queen Victoria's reign, and through emigration spread to North America and Australia.

The first known electrically illuminated Christmas tree was the creation of Edward H. Johnson, an associate of inventor Thomas Edison. While he was vice president of the Edison Electric Light Company, a predecessor of today's Con Edison electric utility, he had Christmas tree light bulbs especially made for him. He proudly displayed his Christmas tree, which was hand-wired with 80 red, white and blue electric incandescent light bulbs the size of walnuts, on December 22, 1882, at his home on Fifth Avenue in New York City. Local newspapers ignored the story, seeing it as a publicity stunt. However, it was published by a Detroit newspaper reporter, and Johnson has become widely regarded as the Father of Electric Christmas Tree Lights. Many different kinds of lights are showing http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/led.html.

Roof Tile, or Brick, Are they the same?

How many materials used to build a house? Do you know the use of tiles and bricks? Do you know the accurate definition of tile, or roof tile, and the brick? I ever though the roof of my home is made of brick, then I got that it is made of tiles, not bricks.

A tile is a manufactured piece of hard-wearing material such as ceramic, stone, metal, or even glass. Tiles are generally used for covering roofs, floors, walls, showers, or other objects such as tabletops. Alternatively, tile can sometimes refer to similar units made from lightweight materials such as perlite, wood, and mineral wool, typically used for wall and ceiling applications. Less precisely, the modern term can refer to any sort of construction tile or similar object, such as rectangular counters used in playing games. The word is derived from the French word tuile, which is, in turn, from the Latin word tegula, meaning a roof tile composed of fired clay.

A brick http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/brick-machine.html is a block of ceramic material used in masonry construction, usually laid using various kinds of mortar. It has been regarded as one of the longest lasting and strongest building materials used throughout history.

Bricks are used for building and pavement. In the USA, brick pavement was found incapable of withstanding heavy traffic, but it is coming back into use as a method of traffic calming or as a decorative surface in pedestrian precincts. For example, in the early 1900s, most of the streets in the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan were paved with brick. Today, there are only about 20 blocks of brick paved streets remaining (totalling less than 0.5 percent of all the streets in the city limits).

In the United Kingdom, bricks have been used in construction for centuries. Until recently, almost all houses were built almost entirely from bricks. Although many houses in the UK are now built using a mixture of concrete blocks and other materials, many houses are skinned with a layer of bricks on the outside for aesthetic appeal.

Engineering bricks are used where strength, low water porosity or acid (flu gas) resistance are needed.

In the UK, a redbrick university is one founded and built in the Victorian era, often as a technical college. The term is used as differentiation from older, more classics-oriented universities.

In China, also many brick buildings can be found. The brick machinery is popular here, many brick machine presented here http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/brick-machine.html.

The Birth of Thermometer And Its Development

We can find many medical devices in our life, and the thermometer could be one of the commonly used one. First, what is called a medical device? It is a product which is used for medical purposes in patients, in diagnosis or surgery. These devices are usually designed with rigorous safety standards. These devices include a wide range of products, such as tongue depressors, thermometer, blood pressure gauge, etc.

What is a thermometer http://www.ecvv.com/company/qdbercon/products.html? Thermometer is a device used to measure temperature or temperature gradient. When did it appear? Who invented it?

The first thermometer was invented by the Italian scientist Galileo in 1593. His first sample of thermometer is a only one end glass tube, and on the other side of the tube, a glass bulb is equipped like a large walnut. Heating should be given to the glass bulb when using it, then put the glass tube into the water. As the temperature changes, the water in the glass tube will move up and down. Therefore, according to the number of water movements, the temperature change and the temperature high or low level can be determined. Thermometer has the characteristic of thermal expansion and cold contraction so that the thermometer can be highly affected by the external atmospheric pressure and other environmental factors. So the first invented thermometer has a large measurement error.

Later, Galileo's students and other scientists did a lot of repeatedly improvements on this base,  such as turn the glass upside down, put the liquid in the tube, and close the tube. The more prominent achievement is the thermometer manufactured by a French, named Boulliau, in 1659. He reduced the size of the glass bulb and changed the temperature measuring material into  mercury. Such kind of thermometer already have a prototype of the device used today. Afterwards, a Dutch man named Fahrenheit used alcohol in 1709 as the measuring material, then used mercury again in 1714, which led to the creation of a more accurate thermometer. He observed the boiling water temperature, the ice water mixture temperature, salt water and ice mixture temperature, and after repeated experiments, he finally set salt water, which is of a certain concentration, freezing temperature at 0, the solidification of pure water temperature at 32, and set the temperature of boiling water under the standard atmospheric pressure as 212. He used to represent Fahrenheit, which is the birth of Fahrenheit thermometer.

30 years after the birth of Fahrenheit thermometer, a Swedish, Anders Celsius improved the Fahrenheit thermometer scale in 1742. He determined the boiling point of water at 0 degrees, and the freezing point at 100 degrees. Later, his colleagues Shilemoer reversed the two temperature points, which become the percentage degree of our currently used temperature scale, which is represented as .

Nowadays, Britain and United States usually use Fahrenheit, while in the world scientific community and during industrial and agricultural production, as well as China, France and many  other countries all use the Celsius temperature.

Many thermometers and other medical devices can be found here   http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/medical-equipment.html.

What Is Mining? How Does Mining Engineering Work?

How does the natural gas come? We can't touch it, like air. But the mineral resources are closely linked to our life. Do you know mining?

Mining is the extraction of valuable mineral resources from the earth, from an ore body, vein or seam. It also includes the removal of soil. Here is a science course called mining engineering. It is an engineering discipline that involves the practice, the theory, the science, the technology, and application of extracting and processing minerals from a naturally occurred environment. Mining engineering also includes processing minerals for additional value.

Here is a kind of mining equipment called crusher. A crusher http://www.ecvv.com/company/xuanshi888/products.html is a machine designed to reduce large rocks into smaller rocks, gravel, or rock dust. Crushers may be used to reduce the size, or change the form of waste materials so they can be more easily disposed of or recycled, or to reduce the size of a solid mix of raw materials so that pieces of different composition can be differentiated. There are many shapes of crushers. For example, a cone crusher. A cone crusher breaks rock by squeezing the rock between an eccentrically gyrating spindle, which is covered by a wear resistant mantle, and the enclosing concave hopper, covered by a manganese concave or a bowl liner. As rock enters the top of the cone crusher, it becomes wedged and squeezed between the mantle and the bowl liner or concave.

Mining engineers are virtually consulted for every stage of a mining operation. The first role of engineering in mines is the discovery of a mineral deposit and the determination of the profitability of a mine.

First, mine discovery. Mining engineers are involved in the mineral discovery stage by working with geologists to identify a mineral reserve. The first step in discovering an ore body is to determine what minerals to test for. Geologists and engineers drill core samples and conduct surface surveys to search for specific compounds and ores. For example, a mining engineer and geologist may target metallic ores such as galena that lead or chalcolite for copper. A mining engineer may also search for non-metal resources, such as phosphate, quartz, or coal.
The discovery can be made from research of mineral maps, academic geological reports or local, state, and national geological reports. Other sources of information include property assays, well drilling logs, and local word of mouth. Mineral research may also include satellite and airborne photographs. Unless the mineral exploration is done on public property, the owners of the property may play a significant role in the exploration process, and may be the original discoverer of the mineral deposit.

Then, the mineral determination. After a prospective mineral is located, the mining engineer then determines the ore properties. This may involve chemical analysis of the ore to determine the composition of the sample. Once the mineral properties are identified, the next step is determining the quantity of the ore. This involves determining the extent of the deposit as well as the purity of the ore. The engineer drills additional core samples to find the limits of the deposit or seam and calculates the quantity of valuable material present in the deposit.

Mining process is not simple, the geologists and engineers need to pay much efforts to do the mining work. Do you think so? And, many mining equipments http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/cone-crusher.html are needed.

LED Lights Can Be Commonly Seen in Our Daily Life

Do you know LED lights? Have you noticed that there have been a trend for LED lighting http://www.ecvv.com/company/foundfar/products.html targeted for general illumination at home as replacement of incandescent and fluorescent lights? Why is that? The reasons for this situation may be caused by the advantages of LED lights: energy efficiency, non-toxic and reduced waste. Different LED lighting types can be found in our daily life.

The LED bulbs must be the most popular LED lighting. An LED bulb or LED lamp is a solid-state lamp that uses light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as the light source. LED lamps are used for both general and special-purpose lighting. Where colored light is needed, LEDs naturally appear emitting many different colors, with no need for filters. This improves the energy efficiency over a white light source lighting.
Many LED bulbs have become available as replacements for incandescent or fluorescent light bulbs. As of 2010, a few lamps were available to replace higher wattage bulbs. For example, a 16-watt LED bulb is claimed to be as bright as a 150W halogen lamp. Do you know the meaning of this replacement? It represents the efficient revolution of illumination area. A standard general-purpose incandescent bulb emits light at an efficiency of about 14 to 17 lumens/W,  depending on its size and voltage for accurate statistics. According to the European Union standard, an energy-efficient bulb which claims to be the equivalent of a 60W tungsten bulb must have a minimum light output of 806 lumens.

What are the differences between the incandescent bulbs, fluorescent bulbs and LED bulbs?
Incandescent bulbs generate light by passing electric current through a resistive filament, heating the filament to a very high temperature so that it glows and emits visible light. A broad range of visible frequencies are naturally produced, yielding a "warm" yellow or white color quality. Incandescent light is highly inefficient. Why? Because about 98% of the energy input is emitted as heat. A 100W light bulb emits about 1,700 lumens, about 17 lumens/W. Incandescent bulbs are relatively inexpensive to make. The typical lifespan of an AC incandescent lamp is around 1,000 hours. They work well with dimmers. Most older light fixtures are designed for the size and shape of these traditional bulbs.
Fluorescent bulbs work by passing electricity through mercury vapor, which in turn emits ultraviolet light. The ultraviolet light is then absorbed by a phosphor coating inside the lamp, so that causing the bulb to glow, or fluoresce. While the heat generated by a fluorescent bulb is much less than incandescent bulbs, and energy is still lost in generating the ultraviolet light and converting the light into visible light. If the lamp breaks, exposure to mercury can occur. Fluorescent bulbs are typically five to six times the cost of equivalent incandescent bulbs, but have life spans around 10,000 and 20,000 hours.

Also, there are many other types LED lights can be found in our daily life, such as the LED tube lights, LED candle lights, LED floodlights, etc. You can't ignore the popularity of LED lamps.   Here, http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/led.html many LED lights can be found.

Know Something about Different Types of Bus Services

Do you have any idea about bus transportation? Is it comes later or before the railway transit? And when did the public bus transportation become popular? In my childhood, I ever thought that the buses http://www.ecvv.com/company/shuchi/products.html were magic boxes, they can take people to everywhere. Then, I liked to take school bus to my school during the school age. After graduation from university, I always take a bus going  home. Compared with the years before, buses have developed many different types, sizes, and additional functions. Buses have become an important tool for us to go around. Although there are trains or planes, I prefer to choose buses.

Bus services play a major role in the public transport. These services can take many forms, varying in distance covered and types of vehicle used, and can operate with fixed or flexible routes and schedules. There are different types of bus services, like urban transport, long distance transport, flexible and specialist services.

Urban or suburban bus services is the most common type of public transport bus service, and is used to transport large numbers of people in urban areas, or to and from the suburbs to population centres. These services are often organised on a network basis centred on an urban centre of a town, or across a city, and may involve universal liveries, or specific route branded buses. Express bus services are services that are intended to run faster than normal buses, travelling on faster roads such as freeways rather than slower moving local roads.

Long distance coach services are bus services operated over long distances between cities. These services can form the mainstay of the travel network in countries with poor railway infrastructure.

Buses in public transport are usually run to a fixed route and schedule, serving specified bus stops or bus stations. Some services may be semi-flexible in that they can vary where they stop on a fixed route by operating in a hail and ride manner. The route and schedule of some services may also be flexible to some degree. Another flexible type of service is the Hong Kong red public light bus. Have you ever been to Hong Kong? You can see the light buses here.

About the specialist bus service, school bus services can be one. They transport children to and from school. Many countries and school districts organise their own services. Shuttle bus services are any type of bus service intended primarily to shuttle passengers between two fixed points. These can be bus or coach operated, but are usually short or medium distance journeys taking less than an hour. Shuttle buses will usually link with other transport hubs, such as airport shuttle buses. A common use of a shuttle bus is in towns or cities with multiple terminal train stations or bus stations.

I have a question for you, which is "Do you know where to find amazing buses?", how about this one http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/bus.html?

Road, Road Construction and Construction Equipments

What is call road? A road is a broad way, or way on land between two places, which allows travel by people and transportation vehicles. We walk on the road everyday. Or ride in a vehicle walking on the road. How does the road built? Do you have any idea about road construction?

Road construction, which requires the creation of a continuous right-of-way, needs to overcome different geographic problems and has grades low enough to permit vehicle or foot travel. It may be required to meet standards set by law or official guidelines. How does it begin? The process is often begun with the removal of earth and rock by digging or blasting, construction of embankments, bridges and tunnels, and removal of vegetation, followed by the laying of pavement material. After design, approval, planning, the legal and environmental considerations have been brought to surveyors' mind. Roads are designed and built primarily for vehicular and pedestrian traffic use. The major concern must be storm drainage and environmental considerations. So, as we can see, road building is not a simple work, and a variety of road building equipment is employed to help in road building.

There is a kind of equipment called the road grader http://www.ecvv.com/company/chinawbest/products.html, which is also referred to a grader, a blade, a maintainer, or a motor grader. It is a construction machine with a long blade used to create a flat surface. Typical models have three axles, with the engine and cab situated above the rear axles at one end of the vehicle and a third axle at the front end of the vehicle, with the blade in between.

In some countries, for example in Finland, almost every grader is equipped with a second blade that is placed in front of the front axle. Some construction people even refer to the entire machine as "the blade." In road construction, the grader is used to finish grade or the rough grading, performed by heavy equipment or some engineering vehicles such as bulldozers and scrapers. Graders can be used to produce inclined surfaces, to give cant to roads. Also, they are used to produce drainage ditches in some countries, with shallow V-shaped cross-sections on either side of highways.

Usually, road graders are used to set native soil foundation pads to finish grade before the construction of large buildings. At the same time, graders are commonly used in the construction and maintenance of dirt roads and gravel roads. In the construction of paved roads they are used to prepare the base course to create a wide flat surface.

Graders are often used in municipal and residential snow removal in some countries like Northern Europe, Canada, and the United States. In scrubland and grassland areas of Australia and Africa, graders are often an essential piece of equipment on ranches, large farms, and plantations to make dirt tracks where the absence of rocks and trees means bulldozers are not required.

The grader-style vehicles are often equiped with a sweeper attachment. Some graders can operate multiple attachments, or be used for separate tasks like underground mining. In conclusion, every time before there is a road, there must be the road construction. Many construction equipments will take part in the building process.

So, have you learnt something about road construction, and the graders? Many high quality motor graders can be found here http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/motor-grader.html

How Does the Faucet Look Like in Your House?

As we know, water is indispensable in our daily life. How do you get the water? In ancient times, people may go the river side, using different vessels to carry water to home. Nowadays, we don't need to pay so much effort. We could get the water as soon as we open the water faucet, or the taps.

A tap http://www.ecvv.com/company/l-guardtire/products.html, which is also called spigot and faucet in the U.S., is a valve controlling release of liquids or gas. In the British Isles and most of the Commonwealth, the word is used for any everyday type of valve, particularly the fittings that control water supply to bathtubs and sinks. In the U.S., the term "tap" is more often used for beer taps, cut-in connections, or wiretapping. "Spigot" or "faucet" are more often used to refer to water valves, although this sense of "tap" is not uncommon, and the term "tap water" is the standard name for water from the faucet.

Water for baths, sinks and basins can be provided by separate hot and cold taps. This arrangement is common in older installations, particularly in public washrooms and utility rooms or laundries. In kitchens and bathrooms, mixer taps are commonly used. In this case, hot and cold water from the two valves is mixed together before reaching the outlet, allowing the water to emerge at any temperature between that of the hot and cold water supplies. Mixer taps were invented by Thomas Campbell of Saint John, New Brunswick and patented in 1880.

For baths and showers, mixer taps frequently incorporate some sort of pressure balancing feature so that the hot or cold mixture ratio will not be affected by transient changes in the pressure of one or the other of the supplies. This helps avoid scalding or uncomfortable chilling as other water loads occur (such as the flushing of a toilet). Rather than two separate valves, mixer taps frequently use a single, more complex, valve controlled by a single handle. The handle moves up and down to control the amount of water flow and from side to side to control the temperature of the water. Especially for baths and showers, the latest designs do this using a built in thermostat. These are known as thermostatic mixing valves, or TMVs, and can be mechanical or electronic. There are also faucets with color LEDs to show the temperature of the water.

There is a kind of beer taps. Beers brewed and served in the traditional way (typically cask ale) do not use artificial gas. Taps for cask beer are simple on-off valves that are hammered into the end of the cask. When beer is served directly from the cask, as at beer festivals and some pubs, it simply flows out of the tap and into the glass. When the cask is stored in the cellar and served from the bar, as in most pubs, the beer line is screwed onto the tap and the beer is sucked through it by a hand-operated low-pressure pump on the bar.

Many taps and faucets are displayed here http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/faucet.html.

What Is Pearl Pigment? How Can It Be Used?

Do you know something about the pearl pigment? Maybe you heard of pigment. A pigment is a material that changes the color of reflected or transmitted light as the result of wavelength-selective absorption. Whiledo you have any idea about what is pearl pigment? Have you seen it http://www.ecvv.com/company/lingbaopearlpigment/products.html? It is a kind of inorganic pigment, have some special features: non-metallicity, not including the heavy metal, chemical inertia, non-poisonous, safe for the surrounding and human being. You may see many different types of pearl pigments here.

The most common type is the silver white pearl pigment. It is mica powder coated by titanium oxide, and according to lights' many times reflection, it produced pearl luster. If the mica powder's particle size is bigger , the pearl luster will be better ,but the coverage will be worse.

Silver white pearl pigment consists mica coated with TiO2. The different coating layer and the different particle size of mica will produce pearlescent pigments with different silver white effect. For TiO2, there are two kinds: one is Rutile, the other is Anatase. So, if asked for high weather resistant it is better to choose Rutile products. For Mica if the particle size is different , the pearlescent effect will be different as well. If the particle size is coarse it has better luster and higher transparence, even produce a shimmer effect. But for the smaller particle size, it has soft luster and strong coverage performance.

In pace with the growth of living condition, people demand to have more luster paint perfect in color for indoor decoration, and pearl luster pigment is the answer. Pearl luster pigment is excellent in dispersion, and good in physical and chemical property. As such , pearl luster pigment is suitable for mixture with any single-color paint to make pearl paint, which not only affect the color result , but also enhance the color expression of paint.

In addition, pearl luster pigment also is suitable for most of both oil-base and water-base paint , especial for see-through materials which can promise you the desirable result. However , when pearl luster pigment makes into a mixture with non-transparent paints, the result of pearl luster may seriously affected. Another thing that should be circled out is never process the pearl luster pigment in grinding machine with high shearing stress to avoid destroy the structure and luster of the pigment.

The products http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/pearl-pigment.html have more than one hundred varieties, widely used in various industries, such as paint, plastic, ink, leather, printing, dyeing, rubber, paper making, master batch, etc, and give their products enthralling outlooks and gentlest lusters.

Natural Gas Vehicles in Our Daily Life

Have you heard of a sentence that "Food is the paramount necessity of the people."? If people don't eat food, they will feel hungry, and have no strength to do their daily routine. How do you think of this idea? Do you agree? I agree with the point of view. However, here is not going to discuss the importance of food to people. Let's talk the important fuel for vehicles to run. Don't you think that the shortage of fuel for vehicles is just like we people short of food?

The commonly used fuel for vehicles are gasoline, petroleum, natural gas, etc. Here discusses the natural gas vehicle (NGV). A natural gas vehicle is an alternative fuel vehicle that uses compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG) as a clean alternative to other fossil fuels, like automobiles, buses http://www.ecvv.com/product/3173506.html, or other public transport vehicles. Worldwide, there were 12.7 million natural gas vehicles by 2010, led by Pakistan with 2.7 million, Iran (1.95 million), Argentina (1.9 million), Brazil (1.7 million), and India (1.1 million). The Asia-Pacific region leads the world with 6.8 million NGVs, followed by Latin America with 4.2 million vehicles.

The existing gasoline-powered vehicles may be converted to allow the use of CNG or LPG (liquefied petroleum gas). An increasing number of vehicles worldwide are being manufactured to run on CNG. The Honda Civic GX is the only NGV commercially available in the US market,  although Ford offers a prep package on certain models. GM do Brasil introduced the MultiPower engine in August 2004 which was capable of using CNG, alcohol and gasoline (E20-E25 blend) as fuel, and it was used in the Chevrolet Astra 2.0 model 2005, aimed at the taxi market. In 2006 the Brazilian subsidiary of FIAT introduced the Fiat Siena Tetra fuel, a four-fuel car developed under Magneti Marelli of Fiat Brazil. This automobile can run on natural gas, the CNG, 100% ethanol (E100); E20 to E25 gasoline blend, Brazil's mandatory gasoline; and pure gasoline, though no longer available in Brazil while it is used in neighboring countries.

What are the advantages of natural gas fuel? Natural gas vehicles and especially CNG tends to corrode and wear the parts of an engine less rapidly than gasoline. Thus it is quite common to find NGV with diesel-engine like mileage, such as over 500,000 miles. Emissions are cleaner, there is generally less wasted fuel, and lower emissions of carbon and lower particulate emissions per equivalent distance traveled. Compared with diesel particulate emissions, CNG is hundreds of times cleaner. There are cases of CNG being dirtier than gasoline, but only in places like India or Pakistan where illegal autos and pumps with unregulated 2 stroke motorcycle engines attached to practically anything and fake fuel are sold.

Natural gas vehicles are popular in regions or countries where natural gas is abundant, where the government chooses to price CNG lower than gasoline. Buses powered with CNG are common in the United States. NGVs can be refueled anywhere from existing natural gas lines. Some more information about natural gas buses http://www.ecvv.com/product_directory/bus.html?
